The Hedin team ensured I had an appointment time, and then gave me the time needed for a test drive and then arrange a purchase, with very clear details and answers to questions.

Got fantastic service wright from the start my salesman Carl along with manager Sergio put together a great offer for me to travel down from Aberdeen. Hand over specialist Chloe Wust was the best I've had at any car dealership absolutely superb

Very good. Product knowledge was great and Danny plus Chloe did an excellent job. There was a problem with the ceramic protection (application) but Chloe was superb. She recognised the issue and came up with a fantastic solution. She is an asset.

I had to ask for my car to be washed even though it was part of the promotion (Winter inspection) and then when it was, it wasn't good. Glass was really smeared and I had to clean them again. And the invoice rounded up to £40 despite cost of £39.99!

Booked on-line, but name not on the list of worked booked in - the car was listed against another customer! I was approached about an MOT failure, my car was not booked in for an MOT. The winter check included tyre pressure check was not done.

It should not matter on anyone's appearance, there should always be good customer service. Even if an advisor is busy and on the telephone they can still acknowledge by hand gesture they are aware of someone's presence.

Car worse than when it went in, £450+for a service! Than told £400 more to change transmission fluid with no clue whether this would fix the issue. 14+ years of crap from this place means I won't be using the franchise network again.

Absolutely dissatisfied, repair not done. I have to rebook. Couldn't do it for me when I collected my car. Did not even bother repairing the steering ball joints dust covers. Wanted £4000 plus for a clutch. Which I had done elsewhere.

Very satisfied. I would have liked if the cosmetic minor repairs and touch-ups had completely made the small stone chips on my vehicle completely invisible, but the colleagues at Ruxley explained why, so not their fault at all, expectations mismatch.
