everything was seamless. Fleur found the right car for me in one call before my agreement ended. Danny handled the paperwork efficiently so I could collect the same month, and Chloe made sure I felt confident and comfortable when picking it up.

My vehicle was in for Airbag recall, I appreciated the service & complementary wash. However i didn't appreciate my DashCam being unplugged, i hadn't realised for over a week & was not informed, fortunately i wasn't involved in a traffic incident.

Brake fluid service was completed while I waited on site. I was greeted in a friendly manor on arrival and was asked if I would like a tea/coffee. My drink arrived shortly afterwards. The newly refurbished premises is very upmarket and comfortable.

I came in for a service and everything went very smoothly. Car was checked, cleaned and ready for pick-up all within the day. Rachel was really helpful and pleasant the whole time, and happily gave me the details of how the service went.

I had originally been booked in for an Mot inspection and was able to tie that in with a recall on my vehicle which was available. This saved another trip to the dealership and a day off work without much extra time needed. So all in all happy!

With BMW you always expect them to go beyond. Overall the service was good and staff were polite including my service manager. However a little disappointed he was not aware I had been working in your visitor office all morning.

My car came in for a replacement headlight under warranty i got a call to say they didn't have the light having been told in the morning it was there turn out wrong headlight had been ordered no apologies tried to cover up the mistake

I collected my car after 3 weeks at 16:30 yesterday and it broke down 8 miles away! I was told the car had been robustly road tested, which I now find hard to believe and have no answer on what the 'Drive train' issue is.

Disappointed The Recall Campaign 10012560600 Replace the starter motor didn't go well. The reason was a lack of spare parts. Despite this, I was invited to the service center, only to be told after a full day of waiting that I'd wasted my time.

Had to do a lot of chasing up and distinct lack of communication from the Hedin branch regarding my warranty issue! Seat cover was replaced with a new one one and service was carried out so I guess objective was achieved!

I like the visual feedback highlighting any problems identified during the vehicle safety check. On this occasion, highlighting the need to replace a tyre due to a cut through to the cord. Then obtaining and fitting a new tyre on the same day.

Completing the purchase and handover documents on line can be difficult and frustrating.Customers particuarly older ones like myself should be offered the opportunity of completing hard copies with actual signatures.
